Master matrices, Fathers, Mothers, Stampers or any other name they're called.  Playable copies can be made from these parts, using low pressure and temperatures.  

By making a mold of any disc, a saw blade can be made to cut sapphire to the exact size of the groove.  The above video shows this stylus in it's current state of development.  

Styli are currently made by a very small number of companies, all of which have a narrow range of available sizes.  Contact us for information on spherical or conical stylus of any size.
